Who is Payment Service Network and what do you do?
Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN) is a company that was created to help fill the lack of payment options people have while paying their bills.  Your current options are limited.  Approximately 3/4 of all your bills are paid by you writing a check to your payee (landlord, storage facility, utilities, phone bill, cable bill, parking tickets, etc...)  PSN was created to help provide people with more flexible and manageable payment options.  With PSN you can make payments via check, credit card, and automatic withdrawal.  There is no other company like PSN.  We have combined the ultimate in payment flexibility with the ultimate in convenience and security.

How do I change my information once I have clicked the "Save" button?
Simple. Log into your profile by clicking Your Profile. Enter your email address and password to login. (If you have forgotten your password use the lost password link and your password will be sent to your mailbox.)
Click on the "Change personal information" link and ta-da - make your changes. (Don't forget to save your changes before exiting)

How do I make a payment through PaymentServiceNetwork.com?
We give all kinds of options. First make sure the business you plan to pay has a processing account setup with us.
  1. Log into your profile and click the "Make Payment" link. Then follow our five-step payment process.
  2. Log into your profile click on the "Setup automatic Withdrawal". Setup recurring billing and never have to worry about when your bill get paid. There are no limits to the number of recurring billings you can set up.
  3. Without logging into your profile
    1. Click on Make Payment link or image.
      It will take you to a LOGIN page on our Secure Server.
      You will have the option to login to the payment page, register for quicker transactions in the future or continue as directed. (We recommend you either login or register in order to track your payment history.)
    2. Enter your Payee's Account ID (or search for Account ID by Business name or city, state and zip).
    3. Select a payment method (check or credit card).
    4. Enter the payment amount, and other required information and click "Continue".
    5. A payment information page will show allowing you to verify the amount entered, our convenience fee, and enter your banking information.
    6. An electronic receipt will be sent to your mailbox upon approval. If you do not have or did not enter an e-mail address, you will have the option to print an instant copy.
    7. Exit or Logoff and ease your mind of one less thing to plan around this month.

How do I know if my Payee is using PSN?
Each day PSN adds new clients.  We are continually looking for clients who are interested in offering our service to their residents, clients, or anybody else who can make a payment. 
Simply click on "Search" and enter your payees name, city and state.  If you do not know the name of your payee you can do a search by your current street address.  To use this function you simply enter your street name (no numbers required, example: 12 North Broom Street would be entered as Broom Street or Broom), the city you are located and the state that you are located.  If the name of your payee does not appear then chances are that your payee is not using our service.  To get your payee signed up you can e-mail us @ referral@PaymentServiceNetwork.com, call us @ 1-877-390-7368 or you can contact your payer and express an interest in using our service. You could get up to $50 off your next payment for a referral that signs up.

How do I know if my payment has gone through?
After making a payment you are automatically sent an e-mail to the address that you provided on the payment information page. You are also given the opportunity to print a receipt immediately after making a payment.  One of the easiest ways to insure that your payment has been made is to login to your account, click on "View Payment History" and locate the transaction that you just made. 
You can then view or print your receipt online. (Note: Your payment transaction will only be associated with your profile if you logged in prior to making your payment. We encourage you to always log in prior to making any payment so you can track your payment history. Besides, registering on our site gives you an entry in our sweepstakes.)

I have a problem with my current payment
If you were not e-mailed a receipt, login to your profile and view or print your receipt online.
If you made an erroneous payment please e-mail us @ customerservice@PaymentServiceNetwork.com. Please provide us with as much details as possible in order for us to resolve this quickly.

How do I use my gift certificate or promotion code?
Congratulations!  If you are reading this it means that you have won one of our weekly, monthly or quarterly drawing; or it could also mean someone likes you enough to give you a gift certificate. As if it could get any better, PSN also gives you the ability to apply your winnings anyway you like to your rent or bill payment.  If you want to use $10 each month or if you want to use the entire amount on your next payment it is up to you.  Begin by making a payment like you normally would.  On the "Select a method of payment" page you are given the opportunity to enter your promotional code number under the box where you enter your payment amount.  After entering the promotional code, you would be prompted to enter the amount you want applied to your payment. Then follow the same steps as normal and continue to make your payment.  If you are setup for recurring billing we will automatically deduct your promotion amount from your payment.

When does my recurring billing take effect?
Any activation of, or changes made to recurring billing will take place on the 1st of the next calendar month.
Example:  You setup your PaymentServiceNetwork.com account on October 15th because your rent/bill is due on October 16th, you decide that you want the convenience of recurring billing, you enter your recurring billing information and click the save button.
YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING YOUR OCTOBER 16th RENT/BILL PAYMENT; RECURRING BILLING WILL TAKE EFFECT IN NOVEMBER.

I am still worried about security. What measures do you guys take again?
Payment Service Network realizes that security is very important to our users. So we have placed an inordinate amount of focus on making our site as secure as humanely possible.  PSN uses the industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) technology.  SSL takes the information that you are sending from your computer and encrypts it while it travels throughout the Internet.  SSL is not something you can go buy and say that you have.  PSN had to be sponsored by a SSL company that only issues certificates to those companies that meet their stringent demands.  PSN's certificate is through THAWTE.  We didn't stop there!  PSN has also incorporated a second form of encryption.  After we receive your personal information we then encrypt it again as it remains on our server.  This "double encryption" is something that PSN does in order to guarantee your security while using our service. 

I want recurring billing. But how do I get a receipt of my payment and notification prior to withdrawal from my account?
By default, when you setup for recurring billing or automatic payments, we automatically send you a reminder notice 3 days prior to your billing date. A Payment receipt is e-mailed to you the day of processing. If you are not getting a receipt or notification please login your profile, click on "View/change recurring payments". Scroll to the Notification section and check the appropriate box. Two boxes are provided, one for automated notifications and the other for automated receipt. If these boxes are checked, and you are still not receiving your notifications or receipts please e-mail customerservice@PaymentServiceNetwork.com.
